**Spiritual Guidance Service Booking & Cancellation Policy** **Booking Guidelines:** - All "Spiritual Guidance Services must be scheduled in advance" to be considered a "General (Non-Emergency) Session". - Emergency Sessions apply when a "same-day appointment" is requested. These sessions prioritize your booking at the next available time slot. - Any session booked for the "next day" or later follows the "General Service Rate". - Full payment is required before the session begins** to secure your appointment and prevent it from being booked by another client. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: - 72+ Hours Before Appointment: Cancel at least 72 hours in advance to receive a full refund. - 48-72 Hours Before Appointment: Cancellations made within this window will incur a 50% cancellation fee (half the service cost). - Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows: If you cancel "on the same day" or do not attend your session, "no refund will be issued " (100% of the service fee will be charged). "Rescheduling":If you need to reschedule, please do so "at least 72 hours in advance" to avoid cancellation fees. By booking a Spiritual Guidance Service, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
